Everyone has their own strength and weaknesses for everything. This includes the popular online game 'Runescape'. Runescape is an MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) hosted and created by Jagex. Alright lets begin with the basics to making some cash at level 3! (Base level)
Section One A - Skilling your way to riches!
Okay as you may know an RPG has to have skills. These can be built up to seriuosly help you in the game. It all depends of preference, and as mentioned earlier, everything you do you'll have one thing you'll like and be better at than another. This is a key factor in how you want to make your money. Lets start with Combat (Attack, strength, defence, magic, summoning, prayer, and range etc. These all affect your overall Combat level which and can make you money, not the easiest way but they could. I'll list some goods and bads. Good: 1. Increases fighting ability, for later use. 2. Takes a load of messing around later off you. 3. Makes your character stronger. 4. Could make future money making a lot easier. Really there isnt much to do if you're going to make money using combat. The best thing you could do is complete quests and sell and dropped items. Bad: 1. You may end up spending more than you make if you want to upgrade your gear. 2. VERY time consuming. 3. In later levels it will be harder to raise these levels. 4. Magic and range require arrows and rune which you might buy if you're too lazy to make them. 5. Food may be a problem if you have no time or money to spare. All in all, likely not your first choice. One up to fix a fault. You may want to consider waiting until you have a bit of spare change before this. On to woodcutting! This has potential to make cash. If you work at it and cut the right logs you can haul in the cash. What you need to do is cut, cut, cut. Nothing to it! When you build up a lot of logs that aren't worth much, such as normal logs, burn them, otherwise sell them in the Grand Exchange. Next is mining. This can also draw in tons of money. Like woodcutting, all there is, is to mine ores. When you mind at lower levels just smelt them for smithing experience and when you start to get better ores sell them. Both skill can be built up with lower levels. Did someone say fishing? Yes this skill can make money too! Personally I think it's not as boring as any of the other skills but you may beg to differ. Simple as always. Just click and wait. When you can, upgrade to a new fishing area (Ex. When you hit 40 fishing you can move to lobster fishing). Remember to cook all low level fish and sell good fish like lobsters and swordfish (Unless you want some to cook for fighting). And you can get your crafting up to 41 and gwt in to the crafting guild and mine gold at 40 mining. That is all!
